Summary: I call the hotel to inform that I will arrive late. They confirmed me that my key will be in a safe box and sent me a code. When arriving the box was empty and nobody was there. I called 10 times in vain. I stayed in the lobby more than 30 minutes alone. I asked help to a cleaner who found my key (still don’t know how). I went to me room after midnight

Summary: I recently stayed at Mirage Hotel in Stuttgart, and overall, my experience was average. The comfort level of the hotel was mediocre, as the furniture and amenities were not very comfortable. The service and breakfast were also just okay—not particularly impressive but not disappointing either. However, one of the highlights of my stay was the reception staff. They were exceptionally friendly, professional, and always willing to assist, which made a positive difference in my experience. One downside was the lack of slippers in the rooms, which would have added to the comfort. While the stay was not particularly remarkable, it was decent for a short visit.

Summary: Stayed 3 nights in this property. The curtains were falling off the curtain tracks , staff advised that they will be fixed the following day but it didn’t happen. In the bathroom, the cover of the exhaust was broken and was placed on the window sill. No attempt to fix the problems
